Following working as a production assistant for a number of summers, Emily was offered a role at the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra as Special Projects Assistant in 2013, covering the maternity leave of the Special Projects Manager. In her 10 months at the RPO, she programmed & produced the Summer Season at Cadogan Hall for 2014 alongside the Managing Director. She also looked after the in house record label, and assisted on a number of external engagements for the orchestra. 

Since then, Emily has co-founded GEMA Collective, which produces a regular podcast & scratch nights in London pioneering the work of female-identifying and non-binary actors and creatives. 

In 2019, she joined 45North and is currently Creative Executive Producer. Whilst at 45North, Emily has commissioned and produced a huge range of work with artists at all stages of their careers, and worked with companies and venues including: Clean Break, Sheffield Theares, The Kiln, Theatre503, Edinburgh International Festival, Ellie Keel Production and Paines Plough.
